Hey Warra, there is lots of snow at the venues, and as a rule of thumb,  Vancouver doesn't get much snow, my biggest claim to fame was skiing and golfing the same day.  They did put the half pipe a little low on the mountain apparently so they are pushing snow from the top to the bottom.
